Job Summary
The Content Writer / Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging written content, maintaining data accuracy across our platforms, and ensuring consistency in the company's digital presence. This hybrid role requires someone with excellent writing and editing skills, as well as high attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing
- Create, edit, and proofread engaging, relevant, and accurate content for blogs, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct research to produce informative content aligned with company guidelines and SEO practices.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and adjust tone/style as needed.
Data Entry
- Accurately input data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Regularly update and manage content databases, maintaining data consistency across multiple platforms.
- Review and verify data accuracy in company files, product listings, and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content writing and/or data entry (please provide samples if available).
- Strong command of English with excellent grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and data entry software is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
