Project Engineer /Project Coordinator duties and responsibilities
- Must have Fitout experience company in UAE or any GCC
- Minimum 3 to 5 years UAE experience in executing commercial interior fit out work Can handle 3-4 projects
Project Engineers manage the planning and processes of a project and delegate responsibilities to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the type of industry, company or project they’re working on, but typically include the following:
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
- Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.
- Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
- Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
· Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. UAE Driving License is a must.
· Should have an eye for detail. Shall be able to pin point if the materials are as per the drawings prepared
Should have a good technical knowledge of the standard materials used in the industry to execute projects, Joinery knowledge will be helpful.
