We're looking for a proactive Marketing and Partnerships Executive to join our team, driving brand engagement and revenue growth for luxury partners in the fine watch and jewellery category.
About The Role
In this role, you'll be the go-to liaison for a selection of premium brands, responsible for building strategic relationships and executing 360-degree marketing plans tailored to each brand's goals. With your experience in sales and marketing and deep understanding of the luxury sector, you'll lead efforts to meet trade targets, oversee end-to-end campaign planning, and ensure cross-channel alignment across in-store, digital, CRM, and print marketing.
Other responsibilities also include:
- Serving as the primary contact for brand partners, maintaining strong communication and managing campaign planning and follow-ups.
- Leading internal and external brand meetings to discuss objectives, progress, and secure campaign materials.
- Collaborating with internal creative, CRM, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, cross-channel campaigns that meet deadlines and uphold brand standards.
- Overseeing all administrative elements, including contracts, bookings, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring accuracy and detail.
This is a Fixed Term Contract running until September 2025, with a hybrid working pattern: two office days (Wednesdays in Hammersmith and Tuesdays or Thursdays in Knightsbridge) and flexibility for on-site events.
About You
You will bring a strong background in luxury sales and marketing with a keen understanding of creating cohesive strategies. Your strengths will showcase your ability to build robust working relationships by connecting with partners and stakeholders. You will be self-motivated and highly organised and you will excel in balancing multiple brands and tasks. With your strategic vision and proactive approach, you will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
You will also have:
- Sales and marketing experience within the luxury sector [experience withing fine watches and jewellery is ideal] with a solid understanding of brand equity and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office for creating strategic presentations and managing detailed records.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude, allowing you to manage multiple brands and stakeholders efficiently.
