As our Business Manager, you will have responsibility for the activities of Dublin Nursing. Driving sales and growth, fill-rate, maintaining relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships. The Business Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch. Ensuring quality assurance and maximum revenue generation for the branch.
Part of Acacium Group, Scottish Nursing Guild, is a business which consists of the service delivery of Nursing care within the Healthcare community. SNG are consistently on hand to deliver a first-class service to NHS and private care organisations at extreme short notice. Everyday you will..
- Provide effective management and give advice and guidance to the branch, when and where necessary, be the example to be followed by others by creating an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside the business and represents the business to relevant outside bodies, institutions and individuals
- Monitor teams performance by reviewing objectives regularly and completing regular one to ones
- Ensure compliance with the companies health and safety policies including risk and work station assessments, accident investigations and reporting and team awareness of health and safety policies through induction and training
- Drive sales and margin growth and business development for the Guild brand
- Keep up to date with market activity and competitor activity
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve maximum revenue

To thrive in this role, you must have...
- Previous and recent experience is essential managing an office or division in a sales, recruitment or business development role in Republic of Ireland markets
- The ability to demonstrate consistent growth and delivery against financial targets by teams you have managed in a fast-paced sales environment
- The ability to mentor and develop staff, to maximise their potential and identify potential training requirements
