Role Purpose:
To develop, design and install data center capacity plans and racks, operate data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software, develop and execute disaster recovery plans, and maintain Tawuniya’s systems (i.e., virtual servers, computer systems, etc.) to ensure optimal service uptime and performance, and provision of accurate computational capabilities that support Tawuniya’s technological operations.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Microsoft (Windows server, AD, GPO, SharePoint, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Certificate, office 365…).
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Systems (Windows server, AD, GPO, SharePoint, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Certificate, office 365…).
- Administration, Troubleshooting, Setup and configure Enterprise Microsoft Systems (Windows server, AD, GPO, SharePoint, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Certificate, office 365…).
- Upgrade and Update Microsoft services (Windows server, AD, GPO, SharePoint, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Certificate, office 365…).
- Find and fix bugging operating systems and performance of software maintenance.
- Implement, install, reconfigure and/or replace hardware/software enhancements and patches supporting our Enterprise systems and services.
- Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot all aspects of the Enterprise Systems, to include.
- Analyze and diagnose Microsoft services client/server.
- Perform or delegate system backup operations, verify the validity of the process; review system(s) logs for system quality control.
- Assist in the design and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Assist in the design and implement of Enterprise-wide security strategies for Enterprise servers, appliances, storage systems, the network, Enterprise dispersed computer systems, and peripherals including intrusion and virus protection.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology field.
