Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development within the recruitment or manpower services industry, with a strong focus on both white-collar and blue-collar hiring. The role involves lead generation, Accounts Management, client relationship management, and driving business growth across multiple sectors. The candidate should be an Arabic speaker, have a valid KSA driving license, and be willing to travel frequently (up to 80%).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the white-collar and blue-collar staffing sectors across KSA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets and contribute to company growth.
- Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new client leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized manpower solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services.
- Monitor industry developments and provide insights to enhance the company’s offerings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, with a focus on both white-collar and blue-collar hiring.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the manpower consultancy market, recruitment processes, and staffing solutions in KSA.
- Language: Fluent in Arabic (Mandate), with strong communication skills in English.
- Licensing: Valid KSA driving license (essential).
