Job Purpose:
Oversees, review, and manage all legal transactions or any other related documentation where RCU has committed itself and assesses legal implications, advises RCU stakeholders in transactions matters, supervise the drafting of the related legal documentation for RCU and ensures adherence with applicable laws and guidelines.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software to prepare reports and/or special projects.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or relevant

- Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic and English language.
