Senior VP, who will be responsible for strategically leading the business and managing the overall P&L for the wider construction vertical.
The Role
Reporting to the Executive VP and Global Head of the business division, as the
Senior Vice President, you will be an active member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall divisional strategy and growth of the organisation.
In addition, you will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
- developing and executing business strategies which drive growth, profitability and market share
- delivering operational excellence, product innovation and optimising costs
- collaborating with senior executives to align business objectives to deliver on the strategic plans
- identifying new market opportunities, developing partnerships and assessing risk factors to enhance the competitive position
- driving revenue growth by creating and implementing high-impact sales and marketing strategies, whilst monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- managing costs and cash flow, ensuring financial performance aligns with company objectives
- driving cost-effective initiatives through resource optimisation and effective third party negotiations
- leading and inspiring high-performing teams, creating an environment of initiative and collaboration, whilst driving organisational development, active talent management and succession planning
- cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders which ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
As the
Senior VP, you will be required to operate at a strategic level to devise, implement and influence at all levels throughout the business.
The Candidate
Ideally of graduate standard, or higher, from within a business administration, finance, marketing or related discipline, candidates for
Senior VP role will also be required to demonstrate that they have:
- previous work experience in the same or similar leadership position, managing a full P&L
- previous experience of a complex technology solutions industry, ideally within an international setting
- previous experience of working on a pan-European / international business basis
- proven stakeholder management abilities, with clear executive stature
- excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a challenging environment
- the capability to be a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative and has a positive and professional, outlook
- the ability to work effectively both within a team but also under their own initiative, demonstrating that they are an organised and capable individual, who is used to multi-tasking and can prioritise their workload in order to meet exacting deadlines
- the ability to be analytical, strategic and results driven with a strong commitment to success and excellence
- the capacity to be a strong, capable leader, with the presence to motivate and influence across all levels of the business
Candidates for the
Senior Vice President role should note that there will be both domestic and international travel with this role.
