We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Recruitment:*
- Coordinate job postings and advertising.
- Source candidates through social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
*Employee Onboarding:*
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training.
- Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
*Benefits Administration:*
- Manage benefits enrolment and changes.
- Communicate benefits information to employees.
- Ensure compliance with benefits regulations.
*Compliance:*
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits to ensure HR records accuracy.
*Employee Relations:*
- Provide support for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with conflict resolution and mediation.
- Foster positive employee relations.
*HR Operations:*
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
- Process employee data changes and updates.
- Generate HR reports as needed.
*Other Responsibilities:*
- Assist with special projects and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Participate in HR-related training and development.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
*Experience:*
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR generalist role.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
