Job Purpose
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for implementing the Management & Leadership Development Operating Plan for RIL Hydrocarbons. Deliverables will span across different bodies of work within this domain.
Job Accountabilities
- Implement Management and Leadership Development Operating Plan for pan Hydrocarbons and allied businesses, by utilizing appropriate interventions and cadence
- Support in designing new interventions that are instructionally sound, with focus on effectiveness, as per the execution plan
- Partner with HRBPs and functional SPOCs for programme diagnostic and design purposes, as well as seamless execution of the same
- Project manage roll-out of interventions effectively, while ensuring top notch learner experience
- Track progress as per pre-defined success measures and report out to specified stakeholders
- Keep abreast with latest technology and methodologies to understand best practices and suggest measures to update processes accordingly to ensure competitive advantage

Qualifications

Experience
