Head of Brand Marketing – Womenswear Brand
Salary: Up to £80,000
Location: London (Hybrid)
Fella & Jones is excited to be partnered with this design-led womenswear brand in the search for a Head of Brand Marketing to join their London HQ. With a strong presence across direct-to-consumer (e-commerce) and wholesale channels, the business is continuing to grow in all areas of its operations in both the UK and international markets.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the brand, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on the company's marketing strategy, owning the brand look and feel, and ensuring the brand's tone of voice, imagery, and language are consistent across all platforms.
- Devise and oversee the smooth execution of the marketing calendar.
- Develop a Social Content Calendar aligned with the Marketing Calendar, ensuring a seamless and cohesive strategy.
- Plan and execute all marketing activities around key trading dates, including brand campaigns, new product initiatives, collaborations, seasonal launches, and gifting campaigns.
- Work with the senior leadership team to define and execute the brand campaign strategy.
- Deliver impactful and effective marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the wider leadership team to set campaign objectives and measurable KPIs.
- Ensure all marketing collateral and content are localised for specific international markets when required.
- Oversee all performance marketing channels and manage the Performance Manager, including direct mail, third-party brand partnerships, paid influencer collaborations, and affiliates. This ensures alignment with the brand identity and achievement of KPIs.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to adapt strategies for optimum results.
Additional digital responsibilities:
- Lead the digital marketing strategy, optimising the brand's presence across paid social, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and e-commerce.
- Drive innovation in digital storytelling and engagement, leveraging emerging platforms and technologies.
- Maintain a proactive approach to digital trends, integrating best practices and emerging tools into the brand's digital marketing efforts.
