Role & Responsibilities::
Supervise MEP maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial properties. Manage a team, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Supervise and manage MEP maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operation of systems.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards through regular inspections.
- Troubleshoot system issues and oversee repairs to maintain system reliability.
- Provide performance reports and updates to senior management.
Qualification & Experience :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MEP maintenance.
- Proven experience managing and leading maintenance teams.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial Buildings
