We are currently hiring a dynamic Administrator in B2B department, responsible to support B2B team and Business Relations Managers by providing administrative assistance and ensuring they have the necessary resources for effective duty execution.
Key Accountabilities:
- Troubleshoot issues for Channel Partners and Customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support the B2B Sales Team in achieving sales targets by providing data, guides, and process improvements.
- Listen and understand Clients’ partners requests and concerns.
- Own Clients request till closure by the Client.
- Coordinate internally and externally to reach a satisfactory outcome.
- Answer, guide, and/or resolve their requests to the set standards or better.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager/team leader as needed.
To join our team, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years sales experience in company formation / business set-up, or another relevant industry.
- Knowledge of operational systems to execute transactions.
- Ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem solving capability.
Language skills:
- English.
- Any other language is desirable.
