Overview
This is a highly dynamic Personal Assistant role focused on managing household and administrative tasks for a High Net Worth family based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and capable of independently managing responsibilities while streamlining processes.
The right candidate will have extensive experience working with high-net-worth families, preferably British / western households, and understand the unique requirements of such environments.
The Role
As a PA, you will ensure smooth day-to-day household management. Your primary responsibilities include:
Household Management
- Managing accounts, preparing budgets, and creating detailed expenditure spreadsheets.
- Ordering groceries and household items.
- Handling staff-related tasks, including managing salaries, timesheets, and visa applications for household staff (maid, three nannies, and a driver).
Administrative Support
- Booking travel, managing transport arrangements, and organising household schedules.
- Maintaining and managing inboxes, coordinating communications with staff and external contacts.
Proactive Problem-Solving
- Conducting thorough research to provide multiple options for any given need (e.g., service providers, cost-saving measures).
- Anticipating problems and presenting potential solutions before they escalate.
Tools And Technology
- Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and accounting software to enhance work efficiency.
- Utilising platforms like Google Drive, Google Docs, and Excel to organise and present information.
Support Beyond Core Hours
- Being accessible during evenings or weekends for urgent matters, while maintaining a balanced work schedule.
- Working on weekends with the flexibility to take one weekday off as a compensatory day.
Operational Efficiency
- Identifying areas where costs can be reduced and implementing solutions to improve efficiency (e.g., reviewing lawyer fees, renegotiating contracts).
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a PA with HNW families based in Dubai
- Proven background in managing household accounts, staff coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Experience handling documents, paperwork, and logistics independently.
- A strong background in working with high-net-worth families, preferably within British / Western households.
Skills And Attributes
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working without constant oversight.
- Highly organised with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of English proficiency.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools, accounting software, and cloud-based platforms.
- Thick-skinned and resilient, able to handle occasional pressure with a professional demeanor.

- A background that includes working around young children is advantageous.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary And Benefits
- AED 13,000 per month.
- Visa and health insurance are provided.
- 1 month of leave annually.
