In this role as a Marketing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- BTL Activations: Plan and execute below-the-line marketing activations, including on-ground events, pop-ups, and other experiential marketing initiatives, ensuring all activities align with brand objectives.
- Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with relevant entities across government, commercial, and residential sectors to enhance noon Minutes’ brand visibility and reach.
- Lead Generation & Negotiation: Generate leads for potential partnerships, develop tailored pitches, and negotiate terms to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate and execute activations, managing logistics, timelines, and budgets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of activations, from planning to implementation, ensuring all activities are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Securing Marketing Assets: Work with partners to secure marketing assets and visibility, such as co-branded content, promotional materials, and in-store displays.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and activations, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to continually refine partnership strategies and BTL marketing efforts.
- Territory Expansion: Lead efforts to acquire and establish Noon Minutes’ presence in new geographic regions.
- KPI Achievement: Drive monthly KPIs to ensure the success of each partnership initiative.
- Seasonal Activations: Plan and execute creative, seasonal activations to engage consumers and reinforce Noon Minutes’ brand presence.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in partnership development, BTL marketing, or related roles, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proven track record of securing partnerships and executing successful BTL activations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to pitch effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market and strong local network connections are a plus.
- Willingness to be on the ground, executing and driving activations from start to finish.
