Job Purpose:
Oversee material management with respect to batch making and inventory management in Production/ Operations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory as per production plans ensuring operations run smoothly
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of batch-making process and lose Lots.
- Ensure getting the issuance and receiving of material done timely as per policies and procedures.
- Record issuance/receiving of cycle entries in SAP that are handled on site of WH
- Ensure implementation of batch management in the 3PL store
- Ensuring NFL-approved SOPs comply with at 3PL store
- Ensure warehousing compliances (FIFO, GMP, store best practices) and manage lifting equipment operations with necessary maintenance
- Supervise store location placements/stacking in WH
- Supervise counting of raw material on issuance/receiving and stock counts are done appropriately
- Coordinate excess/shortage on WH site
- Coordinate with production departments/3PL to resolve their concerns regarding raw materials
- Coordinate with Planning department to manage day to day store operations.
- Responsible for sharing stock and transaction reports with 3PL weekly, and immediately resolving discrepancies if any
- Process and prepare stock adjustments on month-end
Background Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters
- 2 to 3 years in Warehousing and Inventory Management (Food or FMCG Industry)
