Applications are invited for the position of London Foundation School Simulation Fellow, hosted at UCLH.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Simulation Fellow to work on enriching simulation-based education for the London Foundation School.
The role is only available to doctors currently working at ST1-ST5 on an NHS England specialty training programme, wishing to pursue an out of programme experience.
It is 100% non-clinical and would suit someone with a keen interest in medical education wanting to develop as a clinical educator within the exciting and fast-growing field of simulation.
So, if you are passionate about improving and delivering education for Foundation doctors, and have the skills and commitment for leadership and innovation then we would love to hear from you about the positive contribution you could make to our team, UCLH and the London Foundation School.
Start Date: From 2025
The successful applicant will be well supported by the simulation team at UCLH, and the Deputy Foundation School Director to achieve the intended goals of this post and will be encouraged to present the results of their work to medical education/simulation conferences. Funding is available towards the cost of a formal medical education qualification.
