Our client in the Finance sector is looking to hire Head of Business Transformation for their company. The position reports to the COO. The Head of Business Transformation drives IT strategies that align with organizational goals, enabling digital transformation to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business agility. This role leads the implementation of innovative solutions, manages change, and ensures the organization remains competitive in a dynamic digital landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT transformation strategies that align with business goals, enhancing agility and innovation.
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies, ensuring smooth transitions, user adoption, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to measure progress and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide IT initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain a roadmap for IT transformation, ensuring alignment with overall organizational strategies and objectives.
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and drive accountability.
- Drive a culture of innovation by identifying and advocating for the adoption of emerging technologies that support strategic goals.
- Manage budgets and resources for IT transformation projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to break down silos and promote shared ownership of transformation outcomes.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to IT and business teams to enhance their ability to adapt to and embrace change.
- Develop frameworks for managing risks associated with IT transformation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead efforts to improve cybersecurity practices and resilience as part of the transformation process.
- Champion organizational change management initiatives to ensure that employees at all levels are prepared for and supportive of transformation efforts.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A strong foundation in IT principles and business understanding is essential. Looking for an individual with around 10-15 years of experience
Certifications such as:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- ITIL Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
