Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering dat
Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deduction
Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, GOSI deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wage
Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll querie
Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedure

Qualifications

Advanced skills in using Office program
At least 2 years of experience in HR d
Background in using ERP system
Fast typing on the keyboard & data entry.
Fluent in English and Arabic language
