Manage and schedule resources for design and drafting
Preparation / Review of Bill of Quantities and Technical specifications / Tender documents .
Mentor and train Engineers, & Draftsman to carry out their day to to day activities.
Development of the departmental resources in the area of work.
Coordination with other departments.
Timely preparation of MIS reports.
