In this role you will be:
• Leading No7 Beauty Company Supply Chain in the UK & Europe, Liz Earle Operations and International Retail central supply teams, enabling and maximising business delivery
• Responsible for demand planning, regional inventory and supply, S&OP, customer supply chain, warehouse operations management (3 sites including 3PL global distribution hub) and consumer contact centre
• Leading a team of ~120 people (4 direct reports)
• Creating a performance mindset to ensure excellence & continuous improvement in Service, Cost and Cash through people development, process, systems and seamless execution
• Actively contributing to the development and delivery of Global Supply Chain and Liz Earle strategy and annual fiscal plans
• A key member of the R&D and Global Supply Chain Leadership team, UK and EMEA & APAC Regional Leadership teams and Liz Earle Executive Board
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic, operational and tactical responsibility for Supply Chain across No7BC UK & EMEA regions and IR business
• Lead, coach, build and performance manage teams to create a motivated, expert and high performing organisation who role model our culture and behaviours
• Develop collaborative and value adding relationships with key customers (especially Boots UK), ensuring high levels of order fulfilment and customer availability with significant fill rate every case count’s focus
• Create accurate & rigorous SKU-level regional demand plans (rolling 12 to 18-month horizon) with thorough understanding of key drivers across core and launch products in partnership with Commercial teams. Advance maturity and effectiveness of the regional S&OP process
• Lead warehousing and distribution strategy and manage site delivery across the No7BC 3PL global distribution hub and Liz Earle inhouse operations. Ensure cost focussed and capacity optimised to service month/quarter/year ends, whilst managing to budget and delivering an annual program of cost reduction and waste elimination opportunities
• Partner with Global Supply Planning and Boots UK teams to improve inbound and outbound flows (including manufacturing direct ship) whilst optimising global and regional inventory holding to support availability.
• Partner with Supply Chain Development & Analytics teams to define and implement process, systems and reporting enhancements
• Prepare and present financial & supply chain budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring they are monitored, risks & opportunities assessed and fully delivered
• Successful delivery of major supply chain improvement projects and initiatives, and annual development and execution of Global Supply Chain strategy
• Initiate, build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, providing clear lines of communication and visibility on Supply Chain performance, risks & opportunities, mitigation and actions plan through meeting governance and reporting
• Support company’s CSR objectives and ensure they are incorporated into our daily operations
• Lead by example to deliver our entrepreneurial culture and DE&I agenda. Track and monitor progress through ‘Our Voice, Our Future’ engagement surveys

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree level educated (or equivalent) in business, finance, supply chain or related field
• Significant and extensive related experience (health & beauty industry preferred)
• Proven leader able to build and develop motivated, empowered and high performing teams, and drive cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Performance management and strong delivery track record in demand planning, customer service (order management & availability), warehousing and logistics, S&OP/IBP
• 3PL contract management and continuous cost improvement focus
• Budget building and management
• Demonstrated capability to deliver change & transformation programs
• Project management & process mapping (re-engineering)
• SAP / E2Open system experience desirable but not essential
• Experience of working as a CPG supplier to Boots UK desirable but not essential
