Job Responsibilities
Performing general functions, personnel management, administration, and documentation of the company's operational activities:
- Conducting personnel-related activities, including attendance recording and accommodation arrangements, to ensure employees can work efficiently.
- Providing office infrastructure and equipment to support the company's operational activities effectively.
- Implementing induction permits for employees to ensure a safe, comfortable, and conducive working environment.
- Managing administrative correspondence and meeting arrangements to facilitate effective communication among all parties.
- Preparing procurement documents, documenting implementation, and compiling reports or updates on monthly and annual procurement realizations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Proficiency in Administration Management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Solid numerical and calculation skills.
- Proficiency in operating computers, especially Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to be stationed in Tanah Kuning, North Kalimantan.
