ASOS Foundation is the charitable arm of ASOS.com; a registered charity set up in 2013, we aim to break down barriers for young people by instilling confidence and unlocking talent through a Fashion and Tech lens. Working with local communities across our business footprint, we provide young people from under-resourced and underprivileged backgrounds with opportunities and support so they can reach their full potential.
About The Role
This role sits within the Corporate Responsibility team with the key focus on delivering the ASOS Foundations mission of supporting young people. The role focuses on positioning the Foundation as a core part of ASOS culture, by raising awareness of the Foundation and its partners and engaging the workforce in impactful and meaningful opportunities to support the Foundation. Reporting directly into the Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager, youll be the lead for engagement and events for the Foundation and its partners.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and shape the ASOS Foundation Engagement Strategy:
- Refresh and develop ASOS Foundation engagement approach across ASOS employees, suppliers and customers, setting creative and meaningful ways for stakeholders to engage with the Foundation and its key partners
- Monitor and report on progress made against objectives within the engagement strategy
- Lead ASOS Foundation fundraising efforts:
- Deliver ASOS Foundation annual supplier fundraising events (Gala dinner and Golf Day), refreshing and developing the events where needed
- Deliver ASOS employee fundraising events, engaging employees in the work of the Foundation
- Deliver ASOS Active ASOSs individual employee fundraising scheme for sport and active events
- Responsible for employee fundraising streams such as sample sales, gym and payroll giving schemes
- Responsible for developing new and innovative ways for the Foundation to fundraise
- Lead ASOS Foundation Employee engagement efforts:
- Manage the annual ASOS Foundation comms calendar and content series to promote key dates, success stories, and impact of the Foundation.
- Manage the creation of ASOS Foundation assets and content development
- Volunteering lead for ASOS Foundation charitable partnerships
- Develop ASOS Foundation Charity Champion scheme

- Proven ability to develop and implement engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with ASOS Foundation goals.
- Experience in planning and delivering large-scale fundraising events, such as gala dinners, golf days, and employee-driven initiatives.
- Ability to innovate and introduce new fundraising approaches.
- Experiencing in engaging diverse stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and customers, to foster a sense of connection and support for the charitys mission.
- Proficiency in creating compelling content and assets that showcase the ASOS Foundations success stories and impact
- Ability to lead employee engagement initiatives by organising volunteer opportunities and fundraising events and expanding them where possible
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership, including preparing board materials and collaborating with leadership to deliver key ASOS Foundation events.
- Sound project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in driving social impact through the ASOS Foundation, supporting youth through impactful programs in fashion and tech-related initiatives.
