Reports to: Creative Services Operations Manager
Position Objectives
- Delivering the highest levels of creative production art
- Take ownership of art and brand management of specified projects
- Ensure all deadlines are managed and delivered on time and on budget
- Taking designs and artwork from their conception and perfecting them before final sign-off

Deliverables
Delivering the highest levels of creative production art
- Responsible for art working projects set by P&PM
- Responsible for quality control of artwork produced
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, legibility, punctuation, graphic treatment across all artwork
- Liaise with client team + P&PM to ensure best possible print finish (print and stock)
- Strive for original, creative and relevant design
Take ownership of art and brand management of specified projects
- Ensure that briefs and expectations are delivered accurately and are clear and achievable
- Keep fluid communication with P&PM, designers and account team
- Ensure that brand requirements are adhered to and consistency is maintained
- Work closely with designers and account team to deliver against brand guideline, strategy
Ensure all deadlines are managed and delivered on time and on budget
- Work to allocated time/budget and flag any concerns in good time
- Manage workload, working alongside P&PM
- Flag availability when capacity
- Communicate any concerns about meeting deadlines before they happen, in good time
Taking designs and artwork from their conception and perfecting them before final sign-off
- Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats
- Offer flexibility and support on projects where required
- Be part of QC process on all work created
- Comfortable working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times
Deliver beyond expectations
- Offer alternative creative/design solutions where the opportunity is given
- Creatively contribute toward both existing clients and new business accounts
- Contribute to conceptual ideas (brainstorms)
- An active contributor to department knowledge and culture
- Regularly and accurately completes timesheets Become a go to person for Account Management teams

Person Specification
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, along with good typography and layout skills.
- As a creative art worker, you have developed a more versatile skill set and also have a creative portfolio which demonstrates design flair in print and digital across a range of platforms. As a step up from an artworker, you will demonstrate original creative thinking in addition to execution – and you’ll have a portfolio that shows your imagination and ideas with ideally a sense of personal style
- Able to build relationships with account teams and interpret feedback.
- Good understanding of brand guidelines.
- Excellent working knowledge of repro and print processes, including colour management
- A creative eye able to create final art following existing guides.
- Retouching skills and visualising techniques.
- Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programmes and PowerPoint (creating templates).
