As a key member of the Growth team you will ensure best in class paid ads are delivered to drive acquisition. Supporting the Senior Paid Social Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns across a growing number of channels, with Meta as a core focus.
So, what will you be doing?
- Supporting the Senior Paid Social Manager in building campaigns, executing strategy and making optimisations across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
- Researching and monitoring competitor and social trends to become best in class, keeping abreast of the latest ad products/technologies.
- Collaborating with the brand and design teams to brief creative assets whilst being knowledgeable and clear on specifics differences in formats, specs and certain limitations across paid channels.
- Owning end to end creative admin to ensure a functional and efficient process is upheld throughout the whole production process.
- Support with briefing and reviewing content from partners and influencers
- Contributing to the briefs and implementation of tests within our paid social channels.
- Daily house-keeping across accounts, curating new content material and building in the account, ensuring no errors exist across all live ads and campaigns.
- Managing the process or raising invoices and POs for paid activity and other general account and channel based admin.
- Support ways of working with digital product and tech teams to solve technical challenges around product catalogs, data visualisation and pixel maintenance.
- Data gathering and reporting support across creative and overall performance.

- 1-2 years experience working in paid social
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the role
- High attention to detail, cares about the smallest details as well as the obvious.
- Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Understanding of digital marketing channels
- Flexible approach to tasks and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Enthusiastic outlook and a collaborative working style
- Experience of the beauty retail industry would be preferable, but not essential
- Ability to connect the dots and aid efficiency and good communication in all areas
