About The Role
The HR & Office Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative HR support across the full employee life-cycle. The role will also be responsible for the running of all our offices, from day-to-day tasks to helping ensure the culture and values of the business are lived and brought to life. This is a key role and it will suit someone very hands-on, organised and creative who has a positive approach and attitude but is discrete and knows how to handle sensitive/confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- HR and payroll administration, throughout the employee lifecycle and data inputs for payroll / HR systems & managing company benefit schemes
- Supporting with recruitment activities as required
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Responsible for all aspects of office management from facilities to events management across all our offices
- Managing all company events including staff related, offsites and external commercial events
Requirements
- Previous HR experience across aspects of the employee life-cycle
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Team player with strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident use of MS Office software including outlook, excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills
