Studio Banana is looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the Graphic, Editorial and Audiovisual Team to plan and oversee ongoing projects and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. They also assist the Account Manager in client management, project documentation, and accounting when necessary.
This is your dream job if you have worked in an agency (and you miss it) or dream of working in one, even if it means sometimes working under pressure (but not always!). You will have the chance to work with the client directly, and with our creative team: taking part in co-creation sessions and helping develop beautiful ideas, then working with providers to bring them to life, such as merchandising, brochures, or even in-person events.

Required Experience
–3-5 years of proven working experience in project management, preferably in an agency or in the creative/cultural/communications sectors, Graphic & Editorial projects; experience in Digital Projects is highly valuable.
– Experience in events organization is a must, and experience coordinating photoshoots can be a plus.
– Organizational and analytical skills, capable of organizing your and others’ work.
- Meticulous about attention to detail in graphic design, editorial production or events.
– Results-oriented, patient, and able to work under stress.
– Team player, engages with the team and understands their needs
– Well-developed interpersonal skills: client-facing and internal communication skills & written and verbal communication skills.
– Open, curious, energetic, and focused.
- Willing to learn Agile methods.
- Proficient in project management tools, and literate in MSFT Teams environment.
– Fluent in Spanish and English.
– The position is based in Madrid, as per project needs.
Responsibilities
– Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
– Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and within scope & budget.
– Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and helping to ensure technical feasibility.
- Being a Banana ambassador, embodying our brand values, and being the visible face of the Studio towards the client and other stakeholders.
– Developing a project plan to monitor and track progress.
– Managing changes to the project scope, and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
– Identifying, tracking, escalating and helping solve project issues, conflicts, and problems.
– Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
– Assisting in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
– Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
– Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Accounting of the project under supervision.
