Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Social Media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
- Performance Analysis: Generate and present reports and insights to drive data-informed optimizations.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative teams to develop engaging, targeted advertisements.
- Cross-Team Projects: Contribute to projects in Display Marketing and Affiliate/Cooperation efforts, ensuring seamless execution.
Skills and Experience
- A degree in eCommerce, Online Marketing, Media and Communication Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Practical experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns, with expertise in platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager to analyze and optimize performance.
- A creative mindset, with the ability to design and execute compelling advertising concepts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across departments and external partners.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in Display Marketing and Affiliate Marketing.
- Previous collaboration with partners or cooperations.
