Are you a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for creating compelling visuals that inspire and engage global audiences? Our client, a leading international sports organisation, is seeking a visionary designer to craft impactful designs that resonate across cultures, channels, and communities. As the Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our client’s brand. Working closely with their marketing team, you will design across various platforms, including digital campaigns, event branding, merchandise, and social media, ensuring consistency and excellence in all visual communications and as such will provide creative assets and support to colleagues across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Graphic design – developing a wide range of graphic designs, including branding, promotional materials, signage, digital assets
- Visual storytelling – creating engaging narratives through visual elements that communicate the essence of each event.
- Collaboration – working closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the branding into all promotional materials.
- Design consistency – ensuring consistency in the use of branding throughout the organisation including designing slide decks, templates, and formats, for corporate use.
- Creativity – continuously bringing fresh and innovative design ideas to the team by following trends in design and recent technologies.
- Digital Asset Management – overseeing the organization, maintenance and updating of our digital asset library, ensuring easy access, accuracy, and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and event teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge creative approach.
- Manage multiple projects with efficiency, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking to identify an individual with the following skills and experience:
- Ideally as bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency / expertise with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc).
- Strong conceptual and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative team-player with a strong work ethic and an ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across all departments.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative, high-quality design work.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for sports and an understanding of international markets is highly desirable.
Whilst experience in graphic design is essential (around 3 years), specific sports experience is not mandatory, and we encourage applications from individuals with relevant education and skills, and who possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
