Urgent Openings for the Position of Life Insurance Financial Consultant (Sales Employee)-Abu Dhabi Branch only.
We are working to build a strong sales team and seek to hire outdoor competitive Insurance Sales employees to develop sales strategies and attract new clients.
The insurance advisor will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals.
Duties:
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
- Solving client problems.
- Recording and maintaining client contact data.
- Offering after-sales support services.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Skills:
- High-qualified team player.
- UAE Experience +2 years in insurance/Sales is a must.
- Excellent communication skills: strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with high pressure and achieve targets.
- Highly motivated and Keen to work
