About the Business:
International Seafood Company is a subsidiary of Fisheries Development Oman. The company is planning to set up Sardine & Tuna cannery project with ancillary plant and related facilities in Duqm with ultimate processing inflow capacity of around 30KT/Year of Sardine and Tuna as well as Fishmeal and fish oil.
Job Purpose:
- Create brand and product awareness using various social media platform
- Create customer interest in the brand and company
- Communicate with consumers about products features, special offers, recipes, brand commitments
- Create posters / digital graphics and short text contents for social media platforms
- Post contents created by external agencies in company’s social media channels
- Laise with external agencies to finish marketing content projects in time.
- Generate communities interested in the brand and arrange community events.
- All related activities pertaining to social media platform.
- Engage social media influencers for brand endorsing and content creation.
- Management of paid ads in social media platforms
- Reporting analytics from social media channels
- Report customer feedback on regular basis to the concerned departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to create compelling, engaging, and brand-aligned content
- Understanding of design principles to create graphics and multimedia (create posters, Vid clips, etc)
- Ability to design products’ packaging design.
- Familiarity with different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat etc.) and their audiences.
- Ability to interpret social media metrics and analytics tools to measure performance.
- Ability to interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage conversations.
- Skills in handling negative feedback or PR issues with tact and professionalism.
- Experience with testing different ad creatives and strategies to optimize performance.
- Understanding of paid social advertising, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles to enhance content visibility
