Job Description:
Key responsibilities of the role: Calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organizational deadlines.
Any key projects or initiatives Temp will be working on: To anticipate the needs of the managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise
Experience Required:
- 5+ years Supporting Multiple Executives and Teams,
- Complex calendar and travel management,
- high-level cross-functional collaboration.
- Lots of meetings are to be scheduled for the USA region in a fast-paced environment.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work quickly with minimal input. Divisions on the services, Phones emails, and managing high volume and speed.
