Job Description
- Ensure implementation of team leader instructions / orders.
- Maintain Leaves/ schedule of staff and attendance.
- Maintain monthly duty roaster and schedule.
- Liaise with Security officer for smoother functioning of duties efficiently.
- Perform all tasks assigned by the Team Lead/ Management.
- Make sure all the time Ambulance in/out without any hurdle.
- Make sure all gate passes are checked as data written on gate pass Qty wise.
- Ensure authorized signature on gate pass.
- Ensure all in coming goods as sample /temporary log on the register.
- Ensure all TIH vehicles incoming/ outgoing log is maintained.
