The postholder will work closely with our patients, their carers and the wider communities to involve them and improve the quality of services that we deliver at King’s College Hospital.
- To support the delivery of the Trust’s BOLD strategy by ensuring that patient experience objectives and key workstreams are delivered within timescales and budgets as outlined in the annual plan
- To deliver measurable improvements for patients and their families/ carers
- To oversee services and projects that contribute to improvements in patients’ and carers’ experiences
