The role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing department based in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies, defining product positioning, and leading product adoption efforts across key market segments. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to shape and execute Sedex’s product marketing strategy, delivering compelling messaging and positioning for our products in the market.

Key Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:
Lead GTM Strategies:
- Support with the development and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Define and communicate product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to drive product adoption and market impact.
Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct in-depth market and customer research to refine product messaging and positioning.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to guide marketing efforts and ensure products meet customer needs.
Create Impactful Marketing Collateral:
- Develop high-quality product marketing materials, including case studies, product brochures, presentations, blog content, and sales enablement tools.
- Ensure that all content aligns with product messaging, brand voice, and value propositions for target customer segments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on product roadmap, features, and customer needs.
- Work with Sales teams to create and deliver tools and training that effectively communicate product value to customers.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyse the performance of product marketing campaigns using key metrics, such as product adoption rates, customer engagement, and satisfaction levels.
- Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in marketing strategy and execution.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in product marketing, including experience with go-to-market strategies and product positioning within a B2B setting.
- Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from customer and competitor data.
- Experience in creating compelling marketing content, including sales collateral, case studies, and presentations.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle shifting priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to performance tracking and optimization.
