The role
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing a highly professional and wide-ranging PA and administrative support service to Directors and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective diary management - emphasis on anticipating needs and understanding priorities
- Travel and accommodation management and co-ordination
- Timely management of expenditure via Workday & Natwest
- Managing routine one-off and recurring tasks, including resolving issues and implementing comprehensive solutions
- Management and organisation of internal and external events e.g. conferences, meetings, events
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, pro-actively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Liaising closely with Leadership team and their EA's
- Raising PO's when required
- Printing, photocopying and document preparation as needed
- Additional Adhoc duties when required
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Diary Management.
- Ability to multi-task with numerous people/teams and understand their various requirements.
- Good attention to detail.
- Travel co-ordination both domestic and international.
- Financial management; invoices, expenses.
- Experience with working with colleagues on various seniority levels.
- Communication at all levels.
- Ability to work independently aswell as a wider PA team
- High levels of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to priorities’ effectively.
- Proactive, enthusiastic with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude.
- Microsoft office proficiency: intermediate level or above.
