Doha Bank-Dubai Branch is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Dubai branch. The incumbent will oversee the efficient operations of the branch, ensuring that all operational workflows, cash management, customer service, security/safety processes, IT support, and immigration-related activities are handled in line with bank and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage operational workflows including cash management, customer service, and security processes.
- Ensure timely processing of remittance transactions, daily and monthly reconciliations.
- Monitor system reports and oversee the archiving activities, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide effective operational support to both internal and external customers, maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to approved processes, procedures, and systems to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Oversee IT support service delivery and ensure immigration-related activities are carried out smoothly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Banking & Finance, Sales & Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university. Master’s degree in management or a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services/banking industry, with a focus on operations management.
- Proven experience in branch operations, customer service, and a supervisory or control role.
- In-depth knowledge of the CBUAE regulatory framework.
- Strong understanding of teller processes, account opening, account transfers, and account handling.
