As a Product Designer you will be required to work on multiple small high impactful projects with senior peers. They will be entrusted with working on ad hoc, DMWL and S/M sized projects under supervision with their PM and engineering stakeholders, and should be learning the ropes of doing customer immersions, incorporating data points and metrics in their design decisions and learn how to ship on time.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design Swiggy (systematically, interactively and visually) for the entire audience across platforms
- Collaborate with engineering, product management and research to design impactful metrics-driven solutions
- Give and solicit feedback from fellow designers and cross-disciplinary partners
- Constantly deliver excellence in a fast-paced startup environment
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in designing for B2C products
- Ability to ship products in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and willingness to take on tough problems
- Obsession with consumer centric solutions
- Seeking excellence in your work always
- Ability to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders
