Position Overview:
The Campaign Manager shall be an integral part of the digital performance marketing team in driving & executing the Facebook & Google Campaigns for building year on year 4x business growth. The incumbent will have a firm grasp on understanding the data and performance marketing tools to build digital analyticscapability and a ROI driven approachto create a buzz amongst our viewers.
What You’ll Do:
•Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the OTT platform, increase brand awareness, and drive user acquisition
•Identify target audiences, set marketing objectives, and develop tactics and initiatives to achieve them
•Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to refine marketing strategies
•Manage all aspects of ATL and BTL marketing activities, including media planning, creative development, and execution
•Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling advertisements for television, radio, print, and digital platforms
•Plan and execute BTL activities such as events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promotional campaigns to engage the target audience.
•Develop and implement campaigns to increase brand awareness and consideration for the OTT platform.
•Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize brand visibility and impact.
•Coordinate closely with content creators, product managers, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
•Ensure a consistent brand message and seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
•Collaborate on product launches, new content releases, and platform updates to create impactful marketing campaigns.
•Develop and execute media plans across various channels, including television, radio, print, digital, and social media.
•Optimize media buying strategies to maximize reach, target specific audience segments, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
•Evaluate and negotiate contracts with media agencies, publishers, and advertising platforms to optimize budget utilization.
•Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools
•Utilize insights to optimize future campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts
•Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing strategies
•Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing channels and campaigns.
•Monitor expenses, track campaign costs, and provide regular budget reports.
•Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including media agencies, creative partners, influencers, and industry organizations.
•Explore collaboration opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and leverage industry connections to amplify marketing efforts.
Required Experience/Skills:
•Experience in marketing, preferably from ATL/BTL background.
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, public relations or related field
•Excellent verbal and written skills (Proficiency in either Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam) is a must)
