We are looking at hiring for the role of Assistant General Manager in our Customer Relations Team. The incumbent will front end for managing customer relationships from the time of agreement to handover and to ensure that the customer’s needs are serviced as per defined SLA’s.
Specifics of the role
- Verification of the customer documents as provided by Sales, understanding all the commitments made during the sale transaction & deviation given, if any.
- Welcome call & welcome kit to the customers providing them with necessary information thus building rapport with them
- Preparing the agreement as per the requirements and track all the pending agreements. Generation of various letters as per the contruction slabs in line with agreements.
- Thorough follow up with clients for payments uptil closure.
- Verification of agreements before registration & assisting the clients with various documentation for registration process.
- Deliver good customer expereince with an intent of 100% customer satisfaction & generating referrals from existing customers.
- Ensure proper documentation process related to agreements, loan sanctions, NOCs, etc. Ensure smooth functioning of handing over formalities.
- Rapport building with external partners for loan disbursement.
- Work closely with various teams involved in the product life cycle such as Projects, Sales, Finance to ensure customer deliverables are met on time.
- Address various customer grievances within defined SLA's.
- Thorough snagging with an aim of delivering finished product as per GDPL quality standards before the date of posesion.
- Follow up with the projects team to close loop on snag list.
- Generate various weekly, monthly reports to track the deliverables.
- Guide, mentor, coach the team towards creating & enhancing the customer service & living the brand.
