· Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

· Establish and follow a fixed route plan for self & team of merchandisers

· Liaise with POSM suppliers for making of specialized POSM/displays after getting the alignment and approval of Unit manager and channel manager

· Monthly review of sales target, achievements, YTD update on scorecard with reasons for the performance, with the UM

· Quarterly review with UM & Bi-annual review the channel manager.

· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

· Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

· Collect Faster & on time.

· Reconcile accounts within the stipulated time
