We are hiring Trainer Aviation,

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programs as per the assigned lesson plans and guidelines.

• Design and develop interactive training materials in various formats.

• Continuously review and update training materials to reflect changes in policy, operations,

regulations, and SLAs.

• Maintain knowledge of local civil aviation regulations and international regulatory bodies.

• Ensure all mandatory & regulatory training is delivered as per industry and client standards.

• Organize briefings and awareness campaigns on service failures and operational updates.

• Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to maintain accurate training records in the Centralized

Training Master File (CTMF) and reconcile them with client data.

• Generate weekly and monthly training reports with comprehensive insights.

• Monitor training compliance and implement measures to meet compliance targets.

• Adhere to the monthly in-house training calendar and support operational training needs.

• Track attendance and share results with relevant departments post-training.

• Prioritize initial and recurrent training nominations based on business needs.

• Ensure training documentation (attendance & assessment sheets) is managed as per client

SLAs and stored in SharePoint.

• Conduct ad-hoc training sessions as needed, with flexibility in shift patterns.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training systems and processes.

• Respond to training queries and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Actively participate in internal and external programs, maintaining professionalism in behavior

and appearance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Training, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of training experience in HR, Airline, or Hospitality sectors.

• Preferred Certifications: Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), QHSE, and

Equipment Training.

• Required Experience: Background in Airport Operations (Terminal, Airside, or Cargo).

Job-Specific Requirements:

• Experience managing multi-cultural and multi-lingual trainees.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong command of English (verbal and written) with the ability to develop training guides and

syllabi.

• Public speaking skills and a high level of professional presentation.
