Role Overview ::

The Senior Manager/AVP - CEO Office will act as a strategic advisor and executor, enabling the CEO to focus on high-priority business objectives. This role requires an individual capable of driving key projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring organizational goals are met with precision.

Key Responsibilities ::

Strategic Planning & Execution

Support the CEO in developing and driving strategic initiatives across all business verticals.

Track and ensure the execution of critical action items, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Develop presentations, business plans, and strategy documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between the CEO and other leadership team members to ensure effective communication and alignment.

Monitor the progress of key projects, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.

Facilitate meetings, discussions, and reviews for the CEO to drive clarity and decision-making.

Performance Monitoring

Track business KPIs, project deliverables, and operational performance metrics.

Provide timely insights and dashboards to assist in CEO-level decision-making.

Business Analytics and Insights

Conduct deep-dive analyses on industry trends, competitor landscape, and market opportunities.

Summarize findings and actionable insights into concise reports for the CEO’s review.

Special Projects

Spearhead high-impact, time-sensitive projects on behalf of the CEO. Role will involve some travel

Ensure timely completion and quality delivery of these projects with measurable outcomes.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Prepare CEO-level communications, speeches, reports, and updates for both internal and external audiences.

Represent the CEO in meetings or engagements when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Tier-1 Engineering/B-School.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in MBB/Founder's office in a startup.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze large data sets and extract actionable insights.

Communication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Execution Excellence: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic Thinking: High attention to detail with a strong ability to see the big picture.

Technology: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
