Position Overview

Byte is seeking a dynamic and socially adept individual to join our team as a Social Media Intern. This role is designed to foster meaningful connections with our audience across various channels, particularly focusing on the MELT brand, a leading Smashburger restaurant in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with the vibrant Lahore community, and ensuring a positive representation of our restaurant brands.

Responsibilities

Engagement Across Channels:
- Actively engage with the community on all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Reviews.
- Represent our restaurant brands in conversations, embodying a fun, responsive, and proactive approach.
Content Impact Analysis:
- Analyze the impact of social content created by the team, assessing engagement, reach, and sentiment.
- Provide insights on the effectiveness of content strategies and suggest improvements.
Community Moderation:
- Moderate online community platforms, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Address community concerns, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Content Evaluation and Curation:
- Evaluate and curate community-generated content to showcase on our social media platforms.
- Ensure that curated content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
Feedback and Reporting:
- Provide regular and actionable feedback to Byte stakeholders on the community's sentiment, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.
- Contribute insights for community activation and collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

Social media management and marketing experience.
Proficiency in engaging on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Reviews.
Familiarity with TikTok trends and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu), with the ability to embody the brand's voice.
Creative mindset, responsiveness, and a proactive approach.
Ability to maintain brand guidelines while interacting with the community.
Punctuality and determination to fulfill given tasks.
Ability to be a team player.
