(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing

Disburse, supervise and audit petty cash expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare settlements for drivers and fleets, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Act as a coordinator between the finance and operations departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on financial matters.
Monitor and review inventory levels and audit repair and maintenance expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
Support the payroll officer in calculating drivers' fleet payroll, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.
Track drivers' loan schedules and other deductions, ensuring all financial obligations are met and accurately recorded.
Review and validate fleet-related invoices and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.
Review and validate supplier invoices and statements, ensuring all charges are accurate and properly documented.

Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Proven experience as an Accountant in the Operation field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Odoo ERP, Odoo procurement, and Odoo Inventory Management.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
