Job Title: Airport Ground Staff (IATA)

Location: Various Locations in Saudi Arabia

Department: Ground Operations

Roles And Responsibility

Passenger Services:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and deboarding.

Provide accurate flight information and resolve customer inquiries.
Handle special passenger requests, including assistance for elderly, disabled, and unaccompanied minors.
Manage upgrades, seat allocation, and other ticket-related processes.

Ground Handling

Collaborate with ramp services for aircraft refueling, loading, and maintenance. Manage aircraft turnaround procedures to ensure on-time departures. Liaise with other airport departments, including maintenance and catering, to support flight schedules.

Flight Operations Support

Ensure all operational documentation is completed and accurate. Communicate flight status updates and operational changes to passengers. Assist in boarding operations and handle gate announcements.

Safety and Security

Perform security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations. Assist in emergency situations and follow safety procedures. Coordinate with airport authorities for seamless operations.

Baggage Handling

Ensure the smooth and safe handling of passenger baggage, including loading, unloading, and transfer processes. Address lost or damaged baggage claims, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with baggage tracking and reconciliation systems.

Education

Skills AND Qualifications:

Graduation Mandatroy.

Other Requirements

Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy luggage. Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid work authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and provide outstanding customer service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with airport safety and security protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in airport ground services, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
