Our client, a leading real estate developer with a strong presence in Europe, is now expanding into the UAE market and is seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing company and play a key role in their expansion into the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular meetings with Sales, CRM & Collection team to ensure about the progress of each department
Prepare Sales, MIS reports & Collection reports
Sales & Cost Analysis
G/L Accounts & Bank reconciliation
TAS account & Escrow Account Management
VAT Filing
Accounts payable & accounts receivable reconciliation.
Cash Flow, Budget preparation (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)
Payroll coordination and supervision
Close Month end & Year End
Conduct RERA and Statutory Audit
Prepare final Accounts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a real estate developer in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations
Experience in managing cash flow and budgets for real estate projects
Knowledge of RERA regulations and experience with RERA audits
Proficient in financial reporting and analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluency in Russian language is preferred
