TeamBA is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team. This role is

perfect for someone at the start of their design career, with a passion for both graphic design and video editing.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with InDesign and Premiere Pro and a desire to learn and

grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphic designs and layouts for digital and print materials, such as posters, brochures,

social media content, and presentations.

• Edit video content for promotional campaigns, events, and internal projects using Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Collaborate with team members to understand project briefs and contribute creative ideas.

• Ensure consistency in visual design across all media platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and video editing techniques.

• Support the design team with any additional graphic or video-related tasks.

• As part of a small SME, take on a variety of tasks outside your primary role, which may include assisting

with filming, event preparation, or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Premiere Pro is essential.

• Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or After Effects are a plus.

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.

• A portfolio showcasing examples of graphic design and video editing projects.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative setting.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £23,000.00 - £25,000.00 depending on experience.
