We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Supervisor to join the team of Logistics.

Job purpose

To carry out quality supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws in quality standards, respective guidelines, good storage & distribution practices.

Key accountabilities

Receive the co-packing related goods
Deliver the finished packed goods
Respond to all the business-related communications
Ensure the quality aspect
Address all the technical related issues
Timely reporting to the Line managers
Timely submission of the job-related invoices
planning and scheduling of co-packing projects, ensuring adequate resources are allocated and production deadlines are met.

Experience & qualification

minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
minimum 2 -3 years experience in Co-packing

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

In-depth knowledge of co-packing processes, including packaging equipment, materials handling, and quality control.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead a diverse team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a production environment.
Proficiency in using computer software and systems for production tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Decision making authority: sop implementation related with operational activities with proper approvals

Working environment: warehousing facility internal relationships: all warehousing staff
