Responsibilities:

Maintain student and office files, records, and documents to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage student fees, send reminders, and coordinate with parents regarding classes and other communications.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and efficient usage.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and seminars.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees and students.
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Serve as a point of contact for staff, students, and external partners, providing information and assistance as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall function and efficiency of the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
